Annual dues
The annual fee and the occupation charges cover the costs of your My Stones properties.
The annual fee is proportional to the investment in the Property Company. It covers the fixed charges generated by the properties (renovations, maintenance, taxes, insurance, etc.), as well as the Club's operating costs (reservations system for instance). The payment of the fee conditions the annual granting of destination points.
Occupation charges cover the variable costs linked to staying in the properties. These include local concierge service, housekeeping, laundry, water, electricity and maintenance. They vary from 200 € to 400 € per day and per property.
The annual fee and occupation charges structure is the fairest for members. Occupation charges are only due when members actually occupy the properties.
